Warren C. Johnson, M.D., Ph.D. received his BA and Sciences and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Arizona and his medical degree from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine.  He completed his residency at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.  Dr. Johnson is a board certified family physician and has been in practice since 1997.

Anthony J. Katz, M.D. received his BA from Stanford University and his medical degree from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine.  He completed his residency at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.  Dr. Katz is a board certified family physician and has been in practice since 1997.

NURSE PRACTITIONERS

A Nurse Practitioner is a registered nurse (RN) who has advanced education and clinical training in a health care specialty area.   Nurse Practitioners provide regular health care for children and adults during health and illness.  This includes diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, infections, and injuries; prescribing medications and referrals; diagnosing, treating, and monitoring chronic diseases including high blood pressure and diabetes; ordering, performing and interpreting diagnostic studies; providing well-child care and immunizations; and providing health maintenance care for adults, including annual physicals.

Janet Cupone, FNP-C received her BS in Nursing from Liberty University in 1991 and her Master of Science degree from Grand Canyon University.   Ms. Cupone is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in practice since 2016.

​Brooke Spalt, DNP, FNP-BC received BS in Nursing from the Salisbury University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Maryland School of Nursing.  Ms. Spalt is a  board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in practice since 2023.

Marian Brock-Andersen, DNP, FNP-C received BS in Administration and her Masters of Nursing from the University of Phoenix and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Arizona State University. Ms. Brock-Andersen is a  board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in practice since 2024.
